The safety and well-being of our guests is our priority.
If you are due to stay with us and are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 we would please ask you not to visit but to rearrange your holiday for another time.
As always, we will make sure the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times and that the caravan will have been thoroughly cleaned between each set of guests.
The postcode for Sandhills Holiday Park, Mudeford is BH23 4AL. However this takes you to Avon Beach! The beach is accessed from a short road on a sharp bend. The entrance to the Park is about 50 yds west of this bend. Look out for two white pillars (the swans have been removed since this photo was taken!).
Check in is 3 pm
Report to reception to register your car. You will need to ask reception to open the barrier for you so that you can drive into the park.
Reception is open until 5 pm (later in the summer months and earlier over Christmas, New Year and January) If you arrive after reception has closed, park in the car park and walk round to Ellie where you can retrieve the keys from the keysafe and then use the fob to gain access with your car.
Once through the barrier, follow the road around to your right. Ellie is the fifth caravan on the right, plot 127.
Ellie has parking for one car outside. Additional cars/visitors can park at reception but will also need to register their cars.
If you are arriving by taxi a shorter and more scenic route is to get the taxi driver to drop you off at the east side of Mudeford Quay car park. Walk a short way along the prom until you find a metal gate (see gallery for picture). Go through the gate and follow the path left and then right until you reach the access road that runs through the park. Ellie is just on the other side, plot 127.
Keys
The keys to Ellie are in a keysafe just outside the caravan (on the decking fence post to the right of the gate as you go up the steps) With the key there is also a fob to operate the barrier for vehicular access to the park during your stay.
Ellie is well-equipped with everything you should need to enjoy your stay. Click here for details: What to Bring.
Remote controls for the TV,DVD and fire should be on the mantelpiece. The DVD player is on the lower shelf to the left of the TV. Instruction manuals are in the drawer to the right of the TV near the floor.
Please respect Ellie during your stay by following our House Rules.
To get to the promenade, cross the access road outside the caravan and follow the path to the right which then turns left and runs adjacent to plot 61 where there is a gate (picture in the gallery).
Basic questions and enquiries can be dealt with by Reception. For any problems relating to the caravan itself please contact Rebecca.

Please leave Ellie as you found her and place any waste in the bins near the caravan.
