Fishing - Predator Charters run fishing trips from Mudeford Quay. Where To Sea Fish provides local knowledge on the best fishing spots in and around Christchurch.
Watersports - including sea kayaking, sailing, wind-surfing and paddle boarding. Shore Sports at Mudeford Quay. (Please note - Jet Skis and boats are not permitted at Sandhills Park).
Cycling - Forest Leisure Cycling - in the New Forest; Beryl Bikes for getting around the local area.
Horse-riding - in the New Forest. Burley Villa School of Riding.
Golf - the nearest golf course is at Highcliffe Castle.
Sauna - in a new activity for 2025 there are now two saunas available on Avon Beach for you enjoy Nordic bathing. Get warm in the sauna, run down and jump in the sea, race back out to the sauna, rinse and repeat! The saunas can be found on Avon Beach just before the run of beach huts starts.

Churches - Christchurch Priory is well worth a visit and there is free organ recital every Thursday at 12.30
